Replacement Policy

At EcoGearHeadz, we aim for perfection with every item we send your way. However, we acknowledge that sometimes, things don't go as planned. If you encounter any issues with your order, be it quality concerns, damage during transit, or incorrect items, we're here to make it right.

For Quality or Incorrect Items: Should your order have any quality issues or if you receive something different from what you ordered, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your items. We ask that you provide photo evidence of the issue so we can address it swiftly.

For Items Lost in Transit: If your order seems to be lost, please let us know:

  • No sooner than 6 days and no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date for domestic orders.
  • For international orders, please wait until six weeks past the arrival date in the destination country before reporting it as lost.

Please note, while we strive for timely delivery, we're not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

For Late Orders: We commit to having 95% of orders shipped within 7 business days. Should we fall short of this commitment, we'll address resolutions during your account review.

Refund Policy For any issues approved for a refund, we'll ensure the amount is processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days following the approval of your claim.

In instances where orders are returned, a full refund will be issued once we receive all items in question, with returns needing prior approval from our team.
