Eligibility Requirements:
The 2023 Tesla Giveaway (the "Promotion") is only open to legal residents of the 46 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, New York, and Florida) who are of legal majority age in their respective states. Participants must reside in the eligible states at the time of entry. The Promotion is organized by MYSTIQELLE sp. z o.o. ("Sponsor"), and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), are not eligible. Immediate family members and household members of such individuals are also ineligible. The Promotion is subject to federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the independent Promotion Administrator, which are final in all matters related to the Promotion.

Promotion Period:
Promotion Number 3 starts at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on March 30, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. on May 30, 2024. The period between these dates is the "Promotion Period."

How to Enter:
- Online Purchase Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit ecogearheadz.com and purchase products to earn one entry for every $1 spent (excluding tax and shipping).
- Bundle Purchase Entry: Purchase bundled products to receive multiple entries, as specified on the website.
- Mail-in Entry: To enter without purchase, handwrite your full name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth on a 4"x6" postcard and mail it to: EcoGearHeadz Giveaway, 444 Alaska Avenue, Suite #AVH124, Torrance, CA 90503. Entries must be received by May 30, 2024, and must be sent individually with sufficient postage.

Selection of Winners:
- Finalist Drawing: On or about June 14, 2024, a random drawing from all eligible entries will select ten finalists.
- Grand Prize Drawing: On or about June 21, 2024, one of the ten finalists will be randomly chosen as the Grand Prize Winner.

Prizes:
- Grand Prize: One winner will receive a 2023 Tesla Model 3 valued at approximately $35,000. The winner may opt for a $7,000 cash alternative instead of the car. The specifics of the vehicle, including color and features, are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner must be a licensed driver and provide proof of insurance at the time of delivery. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with the prize, such as licensing, registration, insurance, and any applicable taxes.

Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winner Notification and Verification:
Potential winners will be notified via phone, email, or mail and must comply with all conditions as outlined in the Official Rules. Winners must complete and return any required documentation within the timeline specified in the notification.

General Conditions:
Entries that are incomplete, non-compliant, or otherwise questionable may be disqualified at the discretion of the Promotion Administrator. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control or if it becomes technically corrupted. If Promotion is halted for any of the above reasons, the winner will be chosen from all complete and lawful entries until that moment. 

Privacy and Data Use:
The personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By participating, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

Severability and Rule Conflicts:
If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and enforceable. In the event of a discrepancy between Promotion materials and these Official Rules, the rules shall prevail.
